I'm looking for a old novel where you play a guy who's training for an exam while getting help from a bit older girl. While she's away you need to spend time either studying or doing workouts. The girl was either trying to get back with her boyfriend or waiting for him where something went wrong. Maybe he cheated or something. If played well the player gets to make her jealous by saying that he's getting back with his ex-girlfriend.
