Want to find the exact game for this, most likely some obscure Japanese Indie game, tried looking thoroughly on both f95 and dlsite with no result.

MUGEN ruled out as option.

Kinda late reply, but ran into this while looking for something else.

I've played that before (or something very similar), it is/was on here, but no clue about the name. Iirc, you don't actually control the characters actively, you pick a party that runs through dungeons (the troll was one of the bosses). Want to say i played it 1-2 years ago, but could've been longer.
