I'm looking for someone who can take two 2D images and animate them (attached). Would like to see prior examples of your work before committing as well as a pricing list. The background is separate from the main image in a PSD, which (I believe) should make the process easier.
Additional comments:
Depending on the success of the project this could lead to on-going requests for more work (which of course you will be paid for.)
