Looking for Asset - Teacher's pet/Dual Family

Anyone know which house was used in Teachers Pet? The bedroom was also Mom/Dad's, used in Dual Family.
It's here in F95zone; I saw it once when scouring the Assets page but I can't remember which one it was.

Thank you, I found the one I was looking for (Modern Home by Truform).
I feel like such a newb to all this. I didn't realize I could search the Assets only; it made the search much easier.

I took a stab at recreating a couple of the Teacher's Pets characters, but I mostly suck at that...
