Hello to all. Well I’m looking for games that the main focus is one of this theme : Bondage/Bdsm/Corruption/Mind Control/Mind break.

Anything from Pink Tea Games is a good start. Fits all of your themes but his work can vary from very good to meh.

Fetish Hotel is a real porn game that has focus on most of your themes.

Yushin no Hana focuses heavily on Bondage and BDSM.

If you don't mind Manga / Doujinshis then

will be up your street.

Last but not least is Ahriman's Work which is mostly OK but will still be up your street.
