Seeking Looking for best moddable games

I am looking for any type of games which support and have a lot of mods like Karryns Prison, X change life or corrupted academy. Any engine is ok.

Then I got nothing else. Big Brother had a ton of mods back in the day, but nearly all of them are abandoned, same as the game itself.
