The game I'm looking for has the MC's niece moving in with him until his sister moves in with him. He has 2 or 3 daughters 2 of which I believe are twins? The one daughter gets kidnapped or something and he fights them off and they play off like their married to the responding officer. At some point you also go and save a girl from her abusive father. That's about as much as I can remember.
