it was a game with the plot being that the world is dying from a disease and there is only a small village with the andidote. You play as a couple of white people and go in this village that was in africa or at least the villagers were black and you could choose to go on a netorare route or normal route. there was a multitude of mini games. It was in 2d or at least drawings and they were really nice.
