I recently read this pretty hot ntr manga where the male protagonist and the heroine start dating each other, but shortly after the heroine gets blackmailed into becoming some gyaru-oh's fuck toy. After being trained by him for a bit, she ends up on a date with the protagonist. Throughout the date, the blackmailer stalks the couple and repeatedly does something to get her alone so that he can use her as a cock sleeve.

First they meet at a cafe but she gets text to go to the toilet where he rails her while her bf waits. Then he has her give him a blowie right after lunch. Next, he fucks her again while the couple were supposed to be watching a movie at the theater.   • with knowledge = non-sexual just being a pest to ruin the moment for the couple
  • without knowledge = railing the heroine until she's addicted to sex with him.
• preferably male MC perspective with mystery ntr, but FeMC perspective is also acceptable
• bonus if this is a playable segment and you can wander around, inspecting things to see traces of the cheating and talk to people to get comments about "that naughty couple going crazy in the karaoke booth" or "how is such a nice girl with that bad boy?"

Nobody has any suggestions? Well, I did find a route in Nymphomania Paradox that was pretty close. You have to date the childhood friend and have had sex with Touma the Porn Promoter before going on the festival date. It's not quite the same as I was looking for since the girl goes off to fuck willingly during the date, but good enough for now.
