So im kinda obsessed with games,comics with white girls stuck on islands or getting in a situation where there are tribesman , cave people and they try to live as part of them

i have mainly read comics liek ntrman awakening of a goddess and blackmailed lenka but im lookin for more like these

i dont mind if its any kind of media but prefer comics and games
also would be best if it includes pregnancy,tattoo,piercings or body marks like paint but doesnt have to.

you may try desert stalker it have some tribism and some gore
