Although I am about to launch an alpha version of my game, I would like to find a construct 3 developer to work with provided assets and requirements based on the features I'd like to add to my game in upcoming launches.

You need to add a little more info on what kind of developer / programmer your looking for, since there are tons of programming languages out there, and not all dev are flexible on archiving everything.
Some dev can be perfect on all field, but not all dev can make that happen.
Some dev can be great with constructing / designing / ranging / battle system / music system / and so on.
