Seeking Looking for Corruption/Trainer games with incremental progression and dressing room mechanics & more.

Does a game exist in the trainer/corruption or management space that combines all these elements?
Games with a lot of incremental progression (Akabur, Room For Rent, etc) - where progress unlocks increased degrees of lewdity
A large selection of 'trainees', 6 or more characters ideally (The Headmaster, Something Unlimited)
Some kind of game mechanic other than just dialogue selection (Paprika Trainer) (Cummy Friends)
Variety of poses in different outfits, outfit selection, etc (ideally with unlockable progression - (Innocent witches)
Non RPGM
Realistic or at least not outrageous body proportions, at least on some models.
Distinct artistic style would be cool, better than just the typical 3dcg VN thing where every model looks the same but with different hair.
At least some animation. (the Professor series)
Male Protagonist as corruptor

Innocent Witches is probably the closest to something that satisfies all these conditions, but 3d games with good renders are welcome as well.
Harem style corruption/trainers where it takes some effort (not necessarily just repeat grinds) to progress, and reward you with new outfits / poses / animations, are ideal.
Really just looking for games that give you a lot of things to reveal/unlock/showcase other than just the usual VN stuff like a gallery of stills or short scenes.
The more dynamic the better, the more complete the better.

More of "paranormal corruption with MC benefiting on the side" than "trainer", but Mystwood Manor at least has a nice progressive corruption feel with some distinct changes as it goes along. Might be worth checking out, though if MC playing a more active role in corruption is a must then probably won't fit the bill well. At the very least it definitely hits:
- Management style game. Need to pay off debt, keep girls and guests happy and healthy. Some planning required.
- 5 or so levels of "corruption" (iirc) for 8 different LI, plus some additional side characters with some H-scenes.
- Variety of outfits (not too much control beyond where you're assigning the girls to work in the manor though) and changes to the outfits as corruption levels increase.
- Both realistic and varied body sizes
- Technically has some animation. I don't recall it being particularly notable though.

Four Elements Trainer also hits a lot of those points.

Mystwood Manor is interesting. I'm a big fan of dynamic wardrobes on characters, and the unlocks are satisfying.

What other games with dressing room / wardrobe and progressive corruption would you recommend?
