I guess one of the main appeals of SOS is that the guys doing the NTR actually have a personality.

Thanks I already heard about those two but never actually got heated up into playing them. Heard they were pretty well written.

TCoP doesn't have the same core as SoS and RFfS has one of the best rpg combat system (it's better than the average since you need to balance your points) that turns the h-scenes into a reward. That being said, it's quite different of what you're looking for.
Look for Acerola games specially the ones with schoolgirls because those ones are pure NTR and the translations has come a long way from what they were in the beggining.
