Curious if anyone can recommend a good 2D porn artist from Russia, Poland, etc...
I don't really care what fetish he draws, gay, furry, futa, is fine... But I do hate hyper dicks/boobs.

Dmitrys is Russian, I think. He draws women, dickgirls, fembows, a furry every now and then, but I don't particularly like his stuff (proportions aren't always realistic).
Tarakanovich has a very nice style: pretty faces, realistic proportions, but mostly draws dickgirls.
Also, maybe Shadbase: dickgirls, girls, femboys\ crossdressers.
