I could only find Spanish and Korean translations of that manga.

It is the last one from the Hatsukoi Jikan series that I cannot find.

where did you read it exists?

you could try getting into e-hentai's economy and bounty system to get it translated eventually, or use machine translation on the spanish version (because it's easier to type/ocr than moon runes) if you only want to get an idea what's going on
