Seeking Looking for entirely lewd games

Now what do I mean? I mean I'm looking for games are nearly constantly lewd, sexy, and otherwise jerk-offable from start to finish, or almost start to finish. At the same time, we're not necessarily looking for sex simulators. Story and Gameplay is a plus, but preferably games where even the story and gameplay is lewd. Most VNs take a long time to get to the good stuff, or have it couched between long periods of story, story that ISN'T sexy. Titties should be on screen almost the entire game.

Am I making sense? I hope so.
