Hey all, I've been working on improving my rendering and postwork for a while and thought I'd try to get some feedback.

After some editing in GIMP
The main problems I'm seeing are the window/emissive plane in the back looking way blown out and maybe the face lighting looking a bit off? What would you do to improve the look of the images? Would greatly appreciate any feedback.
