I think these have more foot content than average:

University of Problems - male MC, I remember a few foot options showing up, I guess it's something the dev likes, haven't played much

Most femdom games have feet content. There's quite a lot of them in Darktoz's games for example: "The Asylum: Fetish Stories", "Femdom City" especially, but "The Shadow over Blackmore" has some too, and "Captured by Dark Elves".
"A New Life in Submission" has some nice feet content, games like "Prison 2" and "Town of Femdom" by Jinjonkun also, "Femdom University" games, and many many more. Games like "Normal Life Under Feet" or "Reincarnated into Submission" focus almost exclusively on feet.
In general, looking through already existing threads with recommendations - from Jaike's post - is a good idea. One note: I stopped updating Femdom Finder 2.0 some time ago due to less time for playing, but comments with new games and suggestions are still appearing.
