Healslut, there are multiple pospolites. You are the party healer and have a chance to recruit an additional healer, where the new healer ends up getting promoted to main healer, while you get demoted to a backup healer. Another route where it can happen is the looter path, you agree to take up looter duties to help get the previous looter accepted into the party, which leads to the old looter getting promoted to a fighting role and your manager.
