Seeking Looking for finished games

Hey, I'm looking for those nice forgotten or highly famous good games that are finished or abandoned.
Genre isn't important to me, but I don't like VN games that are exclusively text based.
Games that remain good even without updates, regardless of the year

I agree with Nadekai's list afaik, BUT would never recommend Kamidori.

To me any(?) other Eushully title is preferable, in particular Himegari Dungeon Meister, even though (I think) it is still stuck at 50% true translation and 50% MTL, and even though it is much more evil which is not even my thing.

If interested, please go for the old, fan-translated version (more content, better looks)


and also for Eiyuu Senki: fan-translation CLEARLY over Jast's. (and GOLD is a follow-up game, not a replacement)

... Sure, the combat is wonky and grindy, but the story is fine ...
