Hello everyone,
I recently finished playing "How to Raise a Happy NEET" and absolutely loved it. I'm hoping you can recommend similar games that share some of its key features:
  • Japanese-style game
  • Cute loli character design
  • Gradual relationship development as you raise and care for the character
  • Focus on making the character happy and satisfied
  • Slowly building a deeper connection with the character
  • High level of player interaction (more hands-on control rather than just clicking through automatic scenes)
What I particularly enjoyed about "How to Raise a Happy NEET" was the level of engagement in developing the relationship with the character. The ability to choose interactions myself, rather than just watching scenes play out automatically, really drew me in.

Uh.. I have a LOT of games for every point besides having a loli design..
Happy NEET is just part of a whole genre (which I call headpat sims), and my list is FULL of them.

If you REALLY want a young looking character- Teaching feeling’s FL kind of looks young(?), but that’s not something I’m into so I don’t have anything I can give you.

Headpat sims are honestly the most common vanilla games- there’s actually so many I’ve gotten somewhat tired of most of them..
If you want some more, a lot of what Oh-Taco sent in the comments section (of my list) I’d say fall under that as well.

Could someone make a list of games like these minus the loli?
