Looking for game: player is chief vr dev and clan leader and mind transfered

* Player character is a male, chief of developement for a vr mmo and leader of a clan in his own game using his inside knowledge.
* Uses experimental hardware that malfunctions and transfers his mind into the body of a young man, 'overwriting' him (his real body is dead)
* PC obtained some additional powers as far as I can remember
* acqauintances of the man take him in - a smoking hot red head and her mother - while he fakes amnesia.
