Pretty sure it was a renpy 3dcg game where you play as a female working in an office competing against another female for a promotion. I remember a scene where you go into the bosses office, he has a camera in his office, and he shows you a recording of him having sex with your rival. You could offer him finish inside of you, but he declines. I've looked at most of the games with these tag, but I don't think any of them were it so I might be wrong about something.
