Seeking looking for game where you get pregnant give birth and raise an army.

im looking for a game, preferably where you can manage a city/town/kingdom where you get impregnated by humans/monsters/beasts and give birth raising them and building an army/using them to help manage the city/town/kingdom. preferably and RPG.

Same developer and universes, and same overall concept, though not connected storywise, though listed order is the order of (org. japanese) release, and in-universe cronologicality(is that even a word? xD)
Doesn't have quite the city management aspect, more traditional RPG style in that respect, though you fight using monsters, not the MC itself, though to get said monsters you have to get raped, and impregnated mostly by tentacles, to then give both to your monsters to fight with. So yeah expect a LOT of tentacles, and a fair amount of futa in both cases.

So yeah if you plan to play both, probably play in listed order, if you are only gonna play one go for the latter, as it is more refined in just about every way, but still both great games imo

And I certainly wish I knew of more of these kinds of games, but pretty rare AFAIK (with or without your requests city management aspect)
