While there is only one character in the game that you can do this to, you should try Sluttown USA: Hometown Corruption. There is a choice during Elliot's path that will let you start to make him a sissy. Just a heads up if you go this route then Elliot your cousin (male/sissy) and Romi's your aunt (female) paths increasing merge thru out the game.
