I'm looking for a game to play that's an actual game, not scrolling through dialog for animated porn. Any recommendations? I like economy and turn-based stuff. Thank you for your time.

Monster Black Market - Breed monsters using humanoid slaves and sell them
In general I'd recommend filtering the "Latest Updates" page by the sandbox and/or management tags. Some management games (e.g. Lab Rats 2, Monster Girl Club Bifrost) also have VN-like elements but are still interesting, imho.

I can confirm that the game is fun to play, even if it's not my fetishes.
Karyn's prison is really demanding regarding gameplay (turn based), surely one of the most real HRPG there is at the moment.
Battle princess Lacia is an hrpg with action based gameplay, it's actually quite hard if you don't play on easy, the only thing is that the protagonist looks childish. So it's hit or miss, but the gameplay is nice.
Lona RPG is hard to get into gameplay wise and lot of thing to do in the game but the protagonist looks like she's 13 year old.
the games from ScaleGarden have a specific and interesting gameplay, with a story that is extremely linear tho. Graphism are simple but quite okay. (Sangeki of gear, Rode fortress...)

This one looked good in principle. But I found the writing to be very poor. Like social interactions written by someone who read how to interact with people in a book =D. Coupled with lack of modern graphics / animations I uninstalled it pretty quickly. Thank you for posting though.
Not sure if you would like any of these, but here are a few suggestions for you:
Night of Revenge
It is a side scrolling/platformer game where you can hack and slash your way through the game or hack, slash, and Ho your way through the game. It does have a few gory game over scenes, not every defeat/knockdown leads to 'happy sexy times'.
If you are not afraid of RPGM games:
Ideology in Friction
Demon Roots (Warning: Does contain a 'trap' character, but you can avoid sex involving them if you don't like it)
Both were pretty good games, it felt like they were more game (story) than 'defeat porn gallery', but there are sexy times to be had if you want it.
