Looking for a game i played some time ago. Its a game with harem / incest where MC lives with a wheelchaired grandfather, a nerdy cousin (i think he produces a serum or something) and all the girls from the family (mom, sisters, aunt, cousin).
Eventually he adds new girls to the house, including a long lost sister.
