Identify Looking for game with shrinking MC

Looking for a game with male MC who is cursed by his ex-girlfriend/witch when she discovers that he cheated on her. The curse makes him shrink when any girl around him wishes to harm/seduce him. His goal is to keep the curse a secret so that no one exploits it.
