I don't remember much of the beginning, but I do know it had a house where the aunt and 2 cousins lived (they weren't fond of you). Also eventually you could seduce the Mayor/Governors wife and daughter and that started the part of the game where you eventually start to take over the town. It was a Renpy VN like game with 3DCG art, that's all I can remember.
