It was this game where the mc goes into a cave and gets some sort of curse or something that makes her horny, sorry but I didn't really play the game enough to know much more, I'm pretty sure the protag has blue hair but I could be wrong. It's one of those RPGM games with the protag on the right side.

Weirdly enough there’s also a game that is 100% accurate to your description (even blue hair and right side portrait),maybe you should try it out
