Seeking Looking for game!

I've played a game like a year or so ago, where it's a guy who goes to a new school, ends up meeting a random dude with glasses, a redhair with white hightlights or the other way around, and another girl, then story wise some random girl bullied the redhaired one, and I recall the ending being in a Halloween party at the time, I know it's way to basic but I really cant find it for the life of me. Swear it had a simple name like Ripples and Eternum but not sure.
