Seeking Looking for games like Portals of Phereon, Free Cities or Cloud Meadow

I'm looking for adult games with actual fun gameplay. NOT visual novels which seem to make out 90% of these type of games.

I don't care about graphics much, I enjoy Free Cities which is a text-only game, and Portals of Phereon doesn't have sound or animations. What both these games have is a huge amount of replayable content, while also being adult games. Cloud Meadow is also shaping up to be great, but the content is lacking compared to these two. I already played CoC/TiTS, wasn't a huge fan.

1. Hmm, if you like JRPG games with monsters, you should try to play Moster Girl Quest (this game has three parts + two sequels in RPG genre). This game has a pretty interesting story, good soundtrack and a huge variety of monsters, as well as many ways to cum on / in them.
2. There are also games half visual novels, half quests (for example, as Innocent Witches). The essence is mainly in the interaction with the objects around, but all the events are connected by one common story, which is told through the traditional way of visual novels. Here the choice is quite extensive, I was immediately remind of games such as: previously mentioned Innocent Witches; Summertime Saga; Happy Summer and so on.
3. There is also the only (as far as I know) game of its kind, Jack-o-nine-tails. It's a game about a novice slave trader who lives in an alternative reality called Eternal Rome, surrounded by mystical fogs, from where girls of all sorts periodically come in and are assigned slave status. If you understand it, it becomes quite interesting and, when choosing some characters, even difficult. And, of course, the game is full of original mechanics of interaction with slaves. Warning: this game is not for the faint of heart.

Eushully games are what you looking for but theres not many that have full translation (these 2 are the only ones that I have played). it is known that some of the games are connected in some ways (story, character cameo)

Since i also love all 3 of the examples you provided (cm is actually more love-hate relationship tho), in fact FC pregmod & PoP is among my top 10, i'd assume you'll also like this other game that i enjoyed:
