Kind of specific but i'm sure i played a few of those over the years.
As title says, most specifically scenes where the woman cheats on the partner in front of them but they aren't aware, maybe due to angels, furniture, a blanket, whatever.
The general tone of the game is usually the girl slowly being drawn away from her partner.
Here is an example from Bawdy Traditions:
Scenes where the cheating is done while gaslighting (i.e poker game and the woman is stripping, the partner is protesting and she says 'its not big deal it's just a game') also work.
