Like dick size change, abs or anything, like in Free-Cities where you could modify the hell out of the girls, but for the main character.

I already tried Corruption of Champions and it was hella great

Lilith's Throne, although a lot of the changes are merely cosmetic without any effect (like if you're fat or ripped, it doesn't make any difference).
