An expert at text2image generation (video gen expertise would be a bonus but not a requirement). Someone who can handle multiple characters in one scene depicting complex interactions, while maintaining perfect character consistency across different images/scenes. Someone with the ability to also manually and effciently correct visual issues to perfection in a photo editing tool.
16GB GPU minimum is a requirement for this position.

Job Description:
a) Working closely with the writers/dev to generate requested assets.
b) Creating + manually editing the required assets for each scene using popular webUIs and genAI models (stable diffusion/SD-Forge/ComfyUI etc). 16GB GPU minimum is a requirement for this position.
c) All of the above on a strict multi-deadline system. This is a full-time job where a minimum 30h work week is expected. A single update may contain 500+ images and is shipped in approximately 6 weeks (and that's not counting images that don't make the final cut). Many of those are obviously simple inpainting variations but you get the picture.
Beyond technical skills, some other non-negotiable skills the candidate absolutely must have are:
-Maturity, responsibility, ownership, accountability.
-Setting high bar for themselves.
-Ability to deliver quality and quantity under strict deadlines.
-Great communication and collaboration skills as you'll be working as part of a team and reporting to management regularly.
-Ability to absorb and act on feedback.
Procedural stuff:
-Fixed term contract, tied to each content update (but monthly payment regardless of when the agreed shipping date)
-Renewable at each shipping date, provided both parties are happy with the cooperation. (my hope is that it will be a long term cooperation)
