Pretty much what it says in the can. Looking for NSFW games like Vampire Survivors, where the core gameplay is having your character swarmed by hordes of enemies that you kill, collect experience and level up to choose between a few random upgrades.
I'm taking any suggestions, but bonus points if it fits one or both of the criteria below:
1) Male protagonist.
2) Sex scenes happening during battle. Many games of the genre (especially Japanese ones) will have you play a battle/match with the same kind of gameplay you'd expect from a SFW title, and then will add porn in between battles, via dating systems or interactive scenes. I'd really prefer to have sex happen during battles.
