Looking for good NSFW content advice, and sounds.

Currently doing nsfw content and looking for some advice, is it better to make your own animations if you have experience in animations or should I just buy already existing ones?
I ask because most the ones I have already bought are pretty difficult to edit or add to without messing up the original keyframe timelines.

Also anyone know where I can get some good audio sounds for my content that's free to use and no sign up to some site to access?
