Looking for hidden gems

Looking for some games that take a while to progress and isn't made just to play for 20min. a good example would be monster black market & lonaRPG. With some good mechanics and with some sort of a reward for progression. I'm asking because i might have played them all, I'm stuck in this loop of constantly looking for something.

I wouldn't exactly call them hidden so you might've already played them, but these two are certainly gems:

Imperial Gatekeeper
Monster Girl Club Bifrost

If you haven't gotten deep into Japanese titles already, there's quite a few you could try. Here's some I've played myself and enjoyed:

Kamidori Alchemy Meister
Bunny Black
Evenicle

I don't think to know any hidden gems.
anyways, you could try Barony Sengia games (so far only know the thief girl Aisha series), or Ariadne (old-ish rpgm engine).

And when there is nothing else left, you can always play Momo's Eternal Adventure - ok, this one IS kind of "hidden". No story, no character, just the gameplay loop / grind.
Most astonishing is how the music even after dozens of hours still is not annoying.

instead of Kamidori (infuriatingly ewww MC and dialogues) I'd recommend Himegari Dungeon Meister. Better writing, funny characters etc. , and since you said "lona" you probably have no objection to play a demon lord returning.
