This game used AI imaging for a lot of scenes, the name could be off but its a loli-based witch academy game and ive looked everywhere for it to no avail.

Probably the one made by Maid Lain, think they stopped working on it. It's very banned here being tiny lolis and AI, try finding a (also banned here) dedicated loli site.
