A long time ago I stumbled upon a text game that was heavily inspired/based upon the Lovecraft lore, it also had sex scenes.
It started with a detective investigating a grisly murder scene and then moves on to a missing person case, with us going to an (island?) to look for a guy with red hair. The place he ends up at is kind of cursed though, and mostly filled with woman. You could avoid it but if you had sex, you would slowly TF into a woman yourself. The creature there looked like a slender-esque futa.
