Hi, I am looking for an adult game that I can create mods for?
I'm looking for games built with Unity, Unreal Engine or similar.
I don't like visual novel like those made with Ren'Py, RPGM, HTML,...

there are specific channels that cater towards modding help and help in general for the games. If you ever try modding those games, good luck to you, the modding community is active and usually would respond to your questions ASAP so i highly recommend it.

Unity and Unreal games aren't usually very mod friendly beyond simple stuff like changing textures and messing with a variable or two. While I know it's not what you are looking for, modding games like Skyrim, The Sims 4 or Crusader Kings 3 would probably be more satisfying. They are basically adult games already with the amount of porn mods they get.
