I've always been a fan of NTS turned NTR but keeping it NTS in the end. And most of my ideas are influenced by something I've read before. So, my idea that you could use is a NTS apartment. This is late in the couple's adventure already. They know what each other like already, hence why they bought a two story apartment complex to rent out. Invite only apartments. Husband and wife both are diagnosed with conditions that make it hard for each other to conceive a child, so they spend their time having fun. Husband is small in that department, but he isn't a full beta. Just has an inadequacy complex, though you can make him more or less beta if you want. The wife has an insatiable nymphomania condition, but she's also quite independent. She can tell tell love from lust and keep them separate, knowing that lust is only to help keep her libido in check while love is what she feels with her husband. Of course, include flashbacks and back stories of her wild sex life where she's still finding herself and finding this balance and understanding, where lines are blurred between lust and love. Meanwhile, they're renovating the apartment to their liking. Four apartments on the second floor, with a shared restroom and shower in the center of the building, enough for several people at a time. Ground floor is the reception area, recreation area, and the husband and wife's master suite. So, 4 apartments in total to fill, five if you count the guest room in the husband and wife's suite. Husband has another job to help pay the bills, while the wife takes care of the apartment as a landlady and part-time custodian, only at night where she can help polish things for the tenants. Husband works as a hvac contractor, so he hears a lot of gossip. Using what he eavesdrops on, you get to decide who to invite to live in the apartments. Typical characters like generic black dude with a bbc, your own boss, playboy from an office, elderly neighbor who can't afford to pay for his house anymore so your wife asks him to move in, bulls with different kinks, frat guys, wife's ex bf, a kinky couple, etc. Based on your decision, the scenes obviously change and so do interactions, but the main idea is that you have to balance out people's personalities, play them off each other. You can't just have the wife sleep with everyone. It'll be bad for her health, as well as some guys might be led on the wrong way. Some decisions of who to invite are better than others, and you can play some tenants off each other. For example, one guy gets clingy so you make him watch as you sleep with a bull to break his heart(though he might leave if you do that). Or, one guy is a sadist so you introduce him to a bull to give your wife a fun gangbang weekend. Then there's the ntr aspect. If you don't do anything to dissauade the clingy guy, your wife will treat him like a pet and might have weird affections for him. Or if you don't play it right, she might fall for her ex again, or become dependant on a bull if you don't keep her away and go on dates with her to keep her grounded. Don't fill your apartment with bulls and her ex, or they'll conspire to take over the apartment and kick you out of your own bed so they can keep your wife to themselves. Things of that nature. Not every tenant possible will have a bad ending to go with them, but enough will and they 'should' be easy to avoid, unless you really mess your wife's personality up. Plenty of sharing opportunities, plenty of wife recounting events of her afternoon to the husband, plenty of corruption into humiliation and sph if that's what people want. This is basically a sim and sandbox, quick to get to endings. If you don't like a certain tenant or feel like you don't want to try and play other tenants off them, you can just kick them out so that you can play with other tenants.
