My google fu isn't too great. It was a few years back but was a 3D game still in development, made by one person I think.
It had very Dune vibes with space ships. Your character was an inspector flying around from point to point.
The few things I remember: Breast Milk (no really) is a major resource used in plastics and tech, as such the world is a Matriachy. A video of the character fighting off bandits in a desert who rode in jeeps randomly firing guns while you were on your space bike trying to outruin them.
