Seeking Looking for "open world" games with "corruption"

I'm looking for games like Fallen Making, Tina Swordswoman, etc. Where you can unlock new scenes by talking with certain NPCs once you meet certain requirements, like lust level, sensibility and stuff like that. Usually were you can repeat certain events.
They don't necessarily have to be open world.
