A game where you can look through windows, bathroom stalls, shower rooms. Anything like that. I've played Annie's School Days and The Headmaster and they were both pretty good. But is there anything with more of an focus on peeping?

In Cure my Addiction the MC can spy the female characters through keyholes and door openings. He can be found and punished though.
In Urban Voyeur the MC has binoculars and can install webcams to watch his neighbors. More games where the MC can remotely control young girls' computers are Secretary and Our Fate. Probably not exactly what you are looking for, though.
