Looking for people for help develop a game

I am looking for people to help me build a game. I will be creating a team of people who will have high end pc that can do renders fast. The task will be to use the assets and scene Files i give you to render a quality image and sent it back to me.

The game is gone be a Visual novel that is inspired by Summertime Saga but has a different feel to it.
The engine i ma currently yous in Renpy but might change to Unity.
