Seeking Looking for [realistic] power fantasy with harem

My ostomy broke while shopping in the supermarket so I want to pretend I'm actually cool IRL. I'm looking for power fantasy games, but not anything sci fi or...uh...fantasy, unless it's based in the actual real world (or truly exceptional). For example, Sorcerer. I want a rich/powerful/genius/etc MC who is the basically the best person ever and grows a harem. Bonus points for no antagonist or really any hurdles at all. Also I usually only play Renpy games, though I'd make exceptions. Sorry if this is too specific, just had the worst day ever. Here are the games I've played that I'm wanting more of, and also I'm currently going through through Unbroken.

-WVM
-Moving the Chains
-Corrupted Love
-The Coven
-Adorned by the Devil

While i dont play many games that fit power fantasy Power (even more without fantasy and sci) so i cant help you with It, as a person with no gallbladder and some pretty bad IBS-D that frequently fear i'm gonna develop colitis or colon cancer, sending you a virtual hug brother, does hours have hope of being reversed? of traits maybe you will like: Price of Power (love it, but a bit of sci-fi [very mild, dont believe it will impact] and harem elements take a long moment to show up).
Grandma's House (harem collector and gary stu mc)
Move the Chains (dind play it but i believe fits the bill)
