It is not "The last Oasis before Chastity"
It is Ren'Py
Set in and around a Motel
Male Protagonist
Many LI's
Had a Gallery or Gallery Mod, I kinda used that

Not Sure:
Haven't heard of it for a long time, either abandoned or complete?
Post Apocalyptic, I think that is the reason all of them were there to begin with, maybe not though
