Can't find a game. Been years since I played it and no idea what's it development status is.
Male protag, 3dcg. and maybe incest.
You played the son of a mafia family. Dad is the boss, uncle is doing shady things behind family's back.
At the start I think you could chose what kinda business the family was in (trafficking, drugs, etc.)
You had a sister and cousin, the latter being kind of a spoiled brat. Don't remember if you could mess around with them.
