This thread is outdated, so, even if the OP may not be interested in such games anymore, I'm just gonna leave this out there as a general PSA for those that are interested....
Manila Shaw: Blackmail's Obsession while not Ren'PY, it is based on the RPGM engine but the sex animations are pretty decent IMO (The default game has no animations, you have to install the animation folder on the game's main page which is a separate download in addition to the base game's file).
Also, some other Ren'PY-specific games that I had replayed recently where I personally found the sex animations really good....
